2012 Inductee: Doug Golosky

Doug Golosky is a quiet and softspoken man, born in Fort McMurray in 1949. From humble beginnings as a welder with one truck travelling from job to job, he and his wife Carol emerged on the business scene to create a multi-million dollar group of companies that employs more than 1,000 people. The Golosky’s companies provide a wide variety of industrial products and services to various clients, such as Syncrude and Suncor, involved in the oil and gas industry, oil sands, the pulp and paper industry, as well as construction.

2012 Inductee: Ivan, Roger & Martin Gouin

Ivan Gouin founded North American Construction Group (NACG) sixty years ago by purchasing a small bulldozer and performing brushing operations in rural Alberta. Since that time NACG has grown to become one of the largest mining, heavy construction, industrial, piling and pipeline firms in Canada, with locations in Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan.
